Terms of Service

Terms for TeamSpeak6.com accounts, server addresses, Pro plans and managed TeamSpeak 6 hosting.

Last updated: August 29, 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms apply when you create an account, use a TeamSpeak6.com server address, purchase a Pro plan, order managed TeamSpeak 6 hosting, or use any other service provided through TeamSpeak6.com. By using the service, you agree to follow these Terms.

2. Accounts and account security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Account information must be accurate enough for us to provide security notices, billing notices and service-related communication. We may restrict access when we reasonably believe an account is being abused, compromised or used to interfere with the service.

3. Server addresses and DNS services

TeamSpeak6.com lets eligible users create TeamSpeak-related hostnames under teamspeak6.com and point them to a server address and port. A hostname remains part of the TeamSpeak6.com domain and is not sold or transferred to the user. We may remove or rename records that are deceptive, abusive, unlawful, infringe third-party rights, interfere with the platform or create a security risk.

4. Managed TeamSpeak 6 hosting

Managed hosting plans provide a TeamSpeak 6 server with the resources, slot limit, region and management features shown at checkout or in the Server Panel. Service IDs, server addresses, ports and administrative controls are assigned to the individual hosting service shown in your account.

Hosting availability depends on capacity in the selected region. We may move, restart, suspend or perform maintenance on infrastructure when reasonably required for security, stability, updates or abuse prevention. We work to keep services available, but uninterrupted operation, a particular route or latency, and permanent availability of a specific IP address or port are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree otherwise.

5. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed at the price and billing interval shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. A recurring subscription continues until it is cancelled. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of a billing period, the related service normally remains available through the paid period and is not renewed after that date.

If a payment fails, is reversed or becomes past due, we may limit, suspend or eventually terminate the affected paid service. Starting a new checkout does not by itself create an active hosting service; provisioning begins after the payment or subscription has been confirmed.

6. Service administration and data

You are responsible for the content, permissions, users and configuration of servers you control. Administrative keys and server-management functions should be treated as sensitive credentials. Do not share them with people you do not trust. You should keep your own copies of any information you cannot afford to lose.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use TeamSpeak6.com, its DNS services or managed servers for malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, fraud, impersonation, unlawful content or activity, deliberate service disruption, attacks on other systems, harassment, evasion of platform restrictions, or conduct that creates unreasonable risk for our infrastructure, providers, users or third parties.

You also may not attempt to bypass plan limits, interfere with provisioning or billing systems, probe accounts or services you do not own, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a service when required for non-payment, security, abuse, legal compliance, infrastructure protection or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will use account or email notices for routine billing and service issues. Urgent security or abuse situations may require immediate action.

9. Third-party services and software

TeamSpeak6.com uses third-party providers for functions such as payments, DNS, security and infrastructure. TeamSpeak server software, clients and official TeamSpeak services are provided under their own terms by their respective providers. TeamSpeak6.com is an independent service and is not affiliated with TeamSpeak Systems GmbH.

10. Availability and changes

Features, regions, limits and supported software may change as the service develops. We may perform maintenance, replace infrastructure or adjust technical settings when needed to operate the platform safely and reliably. Material changes to paid service terms will be reflected on the site or communicated where appropriate.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. TeamSpeak6.com is not responsible for outages or failures caused by upstream networks, third-party platforms, TeamSpeak services, customer configuration, attacks, force majeure or events outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamSpeak6.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of use or loss of data arising from use of the service.

12. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform, hosting service or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
