Terms of Service

The rules for using TeamSpeak6 accounts, DNS tools and subdomain services.

Last updated: June 29, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TeamSpeak6, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

TeamSpeak6 allows users to create and manage TeamSpeak-related subdomains under teamspeak6.com. We are not affiliated with TeamSpeak Systems GmbH and do not provide the TeamSpeak server software itself.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for your account, password, server information, subdomains and any activity performed through your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use TeamSpeak6 for phishing, malware, spam, impersonation, trademark abuse, illegal activity, harassment, abuse, scams, evasion of bans or any activity that harms the platform, users or third parties.

5. Reserved and restricted names

We reserve the right to block, reclaim, disable, suspend or delete subdomains that contain protected brands, infrastructure names, misleading terms, offensive content or names that create legal, security or operational risk.

6. DNS records and availability

DNS changes normally take effect quickly, but propagation and caching may vary. We may disable or remove DNS records to prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations or protect the service.

7. Plans and limits

Free, pro and admin limits may differ. We may change limits, pricing or features with reasonable notice. Paid subscriptions are handled through the billing provider shown at checkout or in your account.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts and subdomains that violate these Terms, create risk, abuse resources or attempt to bypass restrictions. Suspended subdomains may remain in the database for review and audit purposes.

9. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, DNS propagation timing, compatibility with every client or that the service will be error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamSpeak6 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, lost profits, DNS downtime or third-party service failures.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
